Nature Net
Wednesdays 12:00-14:00 (term time)

Shiremoor Family Hub site / 9 Bridge Terrace / NE27 0TA / Shiremoor
These sessions are for young people who are not electively home schooling. These sessions offer a safe outdoor space for ages 5-16 who have recently or are currently experiencing difficulties accessing school.
These sessions are not drop off and require that a parent/ carer stays on site with the child/ren. Places are limited so please fill out the Nature Net Referral Form below. We will be in touch to confirm your place.

8 week project running from April 23rd- June 11th
Riverside Family Hub site / Minton Lane / North Shields
The first Connect-Ed project invites families/ staff with a child who is showing signs of potential neurodivergency and/or associated sensory needs.
This is an 8 week project that will have professional input from relevant specialists. Please see details and register your interest
Connect-ed
GREEN DEMENTIA
We're developing a nature-based, therapeutic program specifically designed for people living with dementia and their family carers. Using the "Elders in the Woods" framework, the project aims to reduce social isolation, improve emotional well-being, and provide high quality sensory engagement through outdoor activity.
We would love to hear from you to help inform our project planning!
This is for anyone who cares for someone living with dementia, is themselves affected and/ or works in a care home or day centre for example.
