Yes, yes we do and all year round. Generally speaking, the only time we cancel a session is if the forecast is over 37mph wind speed.
Wellies or sturdy shoes, weather/ season appropriate layers, and ideally waterproof coat and trousers or clothes you don't mind getting mucky.
No problem! We have plenty of spare waterproof trousers, coats and wellies on site! Please let us know in advance if possible so we can make sure we have them out ready for you.
Yes! There is a large resource car park with ample amount of parking and a 2 minute walk along a pedestrian path to Shiremoor Family Hub and the gate to the Wildside.
There is also the Shiremoor Family Hub car park which has limited parking. Riverside Family Hub has a large car park but can often be quite busy. They both have several spaces for blue badge holders.
We have a 'toilet shed' with a portaloo (compost caravan loo style) and baby changing table. There are also toilets inside the Family Hub(s) during weekdays.
